  Had a Wonderful Sales man named Patrick. He was very patient and VERY knowledgeable about the products T.V. and surround sounds. Very nice young man. He deserves a raise. Very impressed with his knowledge and his honesty.

  The blue shirt employees came around to see if I needed help but the yellow shirt assuming security or loss prevention... can she be more discreet staring me up and down like a criminal looking at my pockets like I stole something... watching me hard while I browse cell phone accessories...I really wish she would have tried to put hands on me when I walked out! Not only would I defend myself I would sue...

  I visited Best Buy in San Marcos because I needed an emergency purchase for a 128gb SD card. They had the card I needed but instead of the normal $80 price they were charging 3X the market price at over $220! When I searched amazon to price match it I discovered the Best Buy model was a DISCONTINUED PRODUCT making it impossible to price match. I went to Target and found the exact same product with the same serial number for the NORMAL price of $80. Afterward I went back to Best Buy to let them know there was an obvious problem with their pricing but the staff was very rude and ignored me. If Best Buy is okay with ripping off their customers then I will be happy to take my business elsewhere and warn my clients as well. Sad!
