  Went in on an emergency purchase for my Mom. We worked mostly with Will and he was a pleasure to work with. We were able to assess the needs with Will's assistance and expertise and subsequently purchase and setup for a delivery and setup in San Antonio this coming Monday. Timing was critical and Will was so helpful, friendly and extremely professional. Not only that, Will has a wonderful sense of humor. I highly endorse the Mattress Firm store and there is no doubt in my mind that Will can and will help you with the same level of positive customer service as he did for my wife and me.
