  The glasses are great. I have bought several pairs of Oakley's. This review is about the customer service at the Vault. The employee spent all of his time trying to explain to me how my wearing the glasses, after one week, caused the problem. I should have complained to the manager but I eventually convinced him to replace the glasses. He acted like the company was going to make him pay for the glasses out of his own pocket. Apparently this is a common practice when returning a defective pair of glasses to ANY Oakley store. I will continue to buy Oakley. The glasses are well made. But their customer service is not 5 star.
